2008 November 1: SOC AGM at PHILATEX International Stamp and Cover Show between 12:45pm and 2:45pm. 2008 October 16: British Medallists Victory Parade through London. 2008 September 27: Exhibition Study Group annual convention at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Hatfield (opposite the Galleria shopping centre). Displays commemorating the Centenary of the Franco-British Exhibition and the 1908 Olympic Games will commence at approximately 11:00am (after the AGM). 2008 August 28/30: Picture Postcard Show at London's Horticultural Hall. A medal winning exhibit for the London 1908 Olympic Games, and just returned from Olympex at Beijing 2008, will be on display at this show. 2008 August 8/18: OLYMPEX (the Olympic Expo) at the Beijing Exhibition Centre. 2008 August 8/24: BEIJING 2008 OLYMPIC GAMES 2008 July 24/27: 90th Philatelic Congress of Great Britain at Stratford-upon-Avon including two Olympic displays. 2008 July 19 till September 21: The Museum of Fulham Palace, in partnership with the Hammersmith and Fulham Archives and with the co-operation of the Exhibition Study Group, is hosting an exhibition commemorating the Centenary of the Franco-British Exhibition and the 1908 Olympic Games. 2008 July 9/11: Conference at the London University Conference programme (in Word format) including seminars concerning the 1908, 1948 and 2012 Olympic Games. 2008 April 9/12: SOC Stand at the Flora London Marathon exhibition. 2008 March 29: SOC Display at WESTBEX 2008 organised by Thatcham & District Philatelic Society 2006 July: SOC Display at the Wenlock Olympian Games (Much Wenlock, Shropshire, UK). 2006 May 6: SOC Display at Thatcham and District Philatelic Society Stamp Fair (Newbury, Berkshire). At the Ground Floor Atrium of the Bayer Building, Strawberry Hill in Newbury between 10:00am and 4pm (see www.tdps.org.uk for further details). 2006 April 22/23: Oslo Pin Club Collectors 7th Winter Olympic Fair at The Viking Ship (Hamar, Norway). 2006 March 4/5: AFCOS Annual Meeting, Auction and Dinner in Paris (France). 2006 February 25: SOC OPEN MEETING at Philatex between 10:30am and 12:30pm in room 22.
